Due to time constraints it can be difficult to commit to a coach or running group. While training for a big race there are many things that we need to plan and execute a couple of months before. Information online can be conflicting and confusing and it is for this reason that we have chosen to introduce this online campaign. We hope this helps you prepare for the BIG race.
